HOW DO I MAKE A 'FairyTale' Oc? what do i need to make similier etc..

i want to join too..can i?

oh yes! Will I have to use the Name Card? I mean, fill it up and then submit? Also, do you require picture(s) of the OC? Do I have to put them at the background of the Name Card?
